What are your stats? (age, height, weight etc)

my birthday is 14/04/1988 I’m around 5.7” tall and I weight about 8st.

How did you start blogging and do you have any tips?

I started my blog in my final year of University and after 2 or 3 years of devoting every waking second to it, I was able to go full time with it as my career. If I hadn’t started and loved it so much that would never have happened as I had to work for free on it for many years in order to be able to do that. My tips for those looking to start a blog would be firstly you have to start, so many people think about it and want to start one but don’t either through fear of what others will think or that they wont be good enough. The truth is we all start somewhere but you can’t get to where you want to be if you never start.

Secondly I’d say have an idea of where you want to go with it but don’t be scared to change,  my blog started off as a fashion blog and now houses bits and bobs of my life wherever my passions fall. The main thing is to be passionate about what you are doing.

and thirdly I’d say if you are wanting to go into blogging with the soul purpose of making money, you are doing it wrong.

Who did your blog design and what platform do you use?

I custom designed my blog and then invested quite a bit of money in having my idea’s made into a reality by Pipdig. I would always suggest having a custom design as your blog is you, it’s a reflection of the person that you are and I don’t think it’s great to have the same design as others.

Who takes your pictures and what equipment do you use?

My wonderful and ever patient boyfriend takes my images and in return I do the same for his blog, however most of my product and fitness shots are taken by me. For the majority of outfit posts, travel shots and product images I use the Olympus PEN E-PL7 and the 45mm lens which I have a discount code for here.

For filming & youtube I either use my Canon 5D MKiii for my proper videos and for Vlogging on the go I use my Olympus PEN E-PL7 and 17mm lens.

What is the inspiration behind your style?

I’m inspired by everything, from the girl walking passed me in the street to my timelessly chic Grandma. I take inspiration from the high street just as much as I do from the runway and I love being able to merge the two seamless to create my own eclectic style. I don’t like boundaries and I wear what I want. I like mixing masculine and feminine and playing with their limits whilst mixing textures and shades to create a style that is unapologetically, my own.

What is your diet like on a day to day basis?

My diet is an odd one, I don’t like change so I can eat the same meal for 6 months straight and be totally happy with that, which is why I haven’t really shared any food diaries. However I do share lots of recipes which I love and eat regularly so its a good idea to check out the section on my blog which you can do so here.

What is your hair care routine & how did you get it so long?

My hair is looked after by the number on colourist in the UK Despina Sianou at Neville Hair & Beauty. She has spent nearly a year restoring my hair to a natural and effortless colour from all of the previous hair disasters I have had. I’ve never experienced such a capable and attentive Colourist in all my years and I am very lucky to have her.

What is your skincare routine?

Many of you will be aware that I received treatment for Acne about 2 years ago which I have documented on my blog. I have included as much information as I have on the subject but I am not a professional so when e-mailing me questions please do bare this in mind and it may actually be more beneficial for you to speak to your GP about it.

For my current Skincare routine visit my Youtube channel here.

Which protein shakes/supplements should I be taking?

I have tried my fair share of protein shakes but after being sent some samples from PhD Woman last year I settled on them (my Sponsorship then followed) and to this day I still use them religiously. I personally use the Support & Recovery shake for my post workout, this is a low carb options with lots of vitamins and minerals tailored specifically for woman. The Support & Recovery shake will do exactly as the name suggests, aiding your workout and recovery, however high protein diets are proven to promote weight loss.

I also use the PhD Woman Meal replacement but for my own personal goals this isn’t regular. I use it only when I’m in a rush and don’t have time to stop and eat a proper meal or when I know I’m going to be having a brutal session in the gym.  I also take the PhD BodySculpt tablets only in the morning to ensure a full blown caffeine hit as I now no longer have caffeine after 11am.
